  The Process

I-Design

The FVRS was designed around philosophy of purposeful minimalism. The five Y-spoke design creates a bold, uncluttered identity while reinforcing structural rigidity. The lightweight Y-spoke geometry delivers a clean, tension-driven aesthetics, flowing outward into a maximized deep concave profile tailored specifically for the S550 and S650 Mustang. Large open windows enhance the visual lightness of the design and frame the brake hardware as part of the overall composition, while the spoke curvature and inner barrel were meticulously engineered to ensure full compatibility with the Mustang Performance Pack’s larger brake system.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA) testing is a cornerstone of our engineering process, applied to every wheel design, size, and style we offer. It ensures each wheel delivers exceptional performance and efficiency, allowing us to optimize weight while maintaining strength for the intended vehicle, guaranteeing precise fit and flawless functionality.

III-Manufacturing

It all begins with forged, aerospace-grade billet aluminum blanks sourced from a U.S based manufacturer, ensuring material integrity and consistency. These blanks are then precisely CNC-machined to achieve the final wheel design, including intricate spoke geometry, hub mounting surfaces, and optimized weight-reduction features. Once machining is complete, each wheel undergoes rigorous quality control inspections before entering the finishing stage, which may include brushing, polishing, or coating depending on the desired aesthetic. Finally, every wheel is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and prepared for shipment, ensuring it meets strict standards of both performance and visual excellence throughout the production process.

Disclaimers

  • All sales of forged wheels are final and there are no refunds or returns.
